Tubetão Estrutural

Tubetão Estrutural is a pre-dosed dry concrete developed for the execution of structural and architectural elements, whose technical requirements are within the declared classes, namely mechanical resistance and environmental exposure classes.
Recommended for carrying out common constructions, such as concreting structural elements, such as beams, pillars, floor or roof slabs, sills, walls and prefabricated structural parts.
The simple addition of water, in the prescribed quantity, turns the Tubetão Estrutural into a structural concrete, ready to use, ideal for specific works such as:

• works with reduced areas and concreting volumes;
• works that are difficult to access;
• long distances between the site and the concrete production plant.

Kneading water:
• C25/30: 11±0.5%
• C30/37: 10±0.5%
Temperature (ambient, support): 5-30 ºC
Fresh concrete usage time: apply immediately
Waiting time for coating:
• Hardener: during the concrete application process
• Paint/water repellent/varnish/floor: depending on the maximum moisture content permissible for the coating (consult supplier's technical documentation)
Curing time: 28 days
